Ride to the Ace Cafe to join the 'Southend Shakedown' run to Southend on Sea, Essex.

Left Ashby at 07:30, got back at 17:20 after 335 miles riding in the sunshine!

07:30 and about to battle 35 miles of fog on the M1

missed a turn on the north circular and arrived 09:40 at the Ace Cafe

Eventually made it to Southend after taking part in the Wacky races with sports bikes and suicidal moped riders weaving in and out of the rideout!

Over a 1000 bikes at the Ace for the ride to Southend.

Southend seafront was packed with bikes in all directions! Excellent day out. Lots of trade stands too.
